We currently offer delivery services across Dhaka city and selected major districts in Bangladesh. We are continuously expanding our network to serve more customers nationwide.

3. Delivery Charges

৳2,000 and above Free Delivery
Below ৳2,000 Standard charge of ৳60–৳100

Delivery charges are subject to change depending on location and delivery partner availability.

4. Order Processing
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Orders can be tracked via your account dashboard or by contacting our hotline.

5. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted delivery partners who maintain hygienic, safe, and temperature-controlled transportation—ensuring the freshness and quality of your food is never compromised.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailability at the provided address:

  • Our delivery agent will contact you to reschedule.

  • If undelivered after two attempts, the order may be canceled, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by:

  • Sending a photo of the product via WhatsApp or email.

  • Calling our hotline for a swift resolution or replacement.
