Organixtra Delivery Policy (Cash on Delivery)

Cash on Delivery Service: We offer a reliable Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Bangladesh, including for perishable goods. Here's how it works:

  1. Order Placement: Once you place an order with Organixtra, you will receive a call from one of our customer service representatives to confirm your order. Following this, you will receive an email confirmation. Alternatively, you can also confirm your order by calling us.

  2. Order Processing and Tracking: After confirmation, your order will be processed, and we will send you a tracking number. The entire process takes approximately:

    • 2-3 days for deliveries within Dhaka City.
    • 4-5 days for deliveries outside Dhaka.
  3. Delivery via Third-Party Courier: All deliveries will be made via a third-party courier service. Our preferred courier services include Shodagor Expres or SA Paribahan. You will be required to present the following upon receiving your order:

    • The product’s price and any applicable delivery charges.
    • Authenticate your identity and comply with the courier’s process.
  4. Conditions for Delivery:

    • Delivery within Dhaka City usually takes 2-3 days, while deliveries outside Dhaka take approximately 4-5 days.
    • Delivery will be processed and executed by our trusted courier services, and you will be informed of the tracking details as your order progresses.
  5. International Delivery: Currently, Organixtra does not offer international delivery services. Our Cash on Delivery system is available only within Bangladesh. Customers outside Bangladesh are welcome to purchase products but must ensure the delivery address provided is within Bangladesh.

Important Notes:

  • All COD orders are subject to verification and authentication by our customer service team.
  • You must be available to accept and pay for the product at the time of delivery.
